General Terms and Conditions

Govern the rules and conditions that apply to all agreements between Marad and its customers, covering payment, liability, intellectual property, software use, and termination.

Data Processing Agreement

Governs how Marad processes personal data on behalf of its customers as a processor under the GDPR. It applies automatically to all customers and does not require a separate signature.

Subprocessors List

A current overview of the third-party service providers authorised to process personal data on behalf of Marad. Customers are notified at least 14 days before any change.

End User License Agreement

Governs the installation, access, and use of Marad’s software by individual end users, including the permitted scope of use and applicable restrictions.
